This is so that they are able to practice whatever they have learned in school to the work towards a healthier society. They know just what you need as a patient and what the doctor would be doing. In a way, you become the liaison between the conventional medicine approach and the treatment needs of the body. To be an allied health professionals is not easy. It takes lots of courage and perseverance.
