Sometimes people will pop dozens of prostate supplements in a single day hoping that doing so will help their BPH or prostatitis. But is it necessary? And do these supplements really work?
Ideally, you want to get your nutrients from your food.
But, in today's day and age, with the soils depleted of minerals and nutrients, you may have no choice but to take prostitutes supplements if you want to support your gland and give it a fighting chance at health (especially if your prostate problems are hereditary ).
The question is not do they work … because they do work.
At least, the good ones, do.
There will always be prostate health supplements of questionable quality that are good for nothing at all except for maybe giving you the most expensive urine in town.
No, the real question is … do they work for YOU.
What does that mean?
Well, the reality is not everyone responds to herbs and supplements the same.
Some people get lots of benefit from them.
Some people get okay benefit from them (but nothing to write home about).
And some people do not get any benefit from them.
For whatever reason, their bodies just do not respond to certain herbal remedies. And what often happens is, when something does not work, that person will shout from the rooftops about how supplements do not work, when that is not true.
They do work.
However, that particular supplement or herb just did not work for that person.
And that brings us to the point:
Yes, prostate supplements do work and are worth trying, but they do not work for everyone in every case.
