So the next time you picked up something that are strong in flavor, most likely you have picked up a "fatty" food. You can check the information label if you just want to be sure.

To be sure that you do not consume extra calories, drink only water if you need to. Other drinks that are allowed will be coffee, tea, or anything that contains less than 10 calories per cup.

2. Planning your menu
Your menu basically should have more than 20 different kind of food. This is to ensure that you will not get sick of your menu and drop your diet plan halfway. Dieting to lose weight requires determination and time to see result. Plan your meals in advance so you will not fall into temptation of the food you do not want in your diet.

Tips: Put in some of your favorite food so that you got at least something to look forward to get you through your diet.

Prepare your meals at home, so you will be less sooner to overeat. Overeating cause weight gain because when you eat more than what you require, it will become stored as fat.

3. Do not skip meal
By skipping meal, your body will go into a "starvation" mode. You do not want that. When your body goes into that mode, your metabolism will slow. It will be hard to maintain at that level as your body need calories to function.
